We believe in a free, democratic, non-Communist and socialist Malaya, firmly based on the institution of political democracy provided for in the constitution of the new independent Federation. Finally we hope that the PAP gathers new unity and strength to help achieve these ends under the democratic socialist leadership of Mr. Lee Kuan Yew.
